ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
SEWER DISTRICT NO. 4 OF THE TOWN OF VARICK
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of VARICK, Seneca County, New York on the 12st day of October 2026, duly adopted the Order calling a Public Hearing on the establishment of a proposed sewer district in said Town to be known as “Sewer District No. 4” to be held on the 9th day of November 2026, at 7:00 o’clock p.m., at the Varick Town Hall, 4782 NYS Route 96, Romulus, 14541 New York.

NOTICE OF HEARING UPON PRELIMINARY BUDGET OF THE TOWN OF VARICK AND PRELIMINARY BUDGET OF THE SPECIAL DISTRICT FUND BUDGETS, AND ADOPTED FIRE PROTECTION UNITS.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget for the Town of Varick for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2027 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk at 4782, Rt. 96, Romulus, NY where it is available for inspection by any interested person during regular business hours.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Town Board of Varick will meet and review said Preliminary Budget on the proposed General Fund Budget, Highway Fund Budget, Special District Fund Budgets, and hold a public hearing thereon at the Varick Town Hall, 4782, Rt. 96, Romulus at 7:00 p.m. on the (9th) ninth day of November, 2026 and be it further advised that a public hearing will be held immediately following to adopt the following fire protection units: Varick/Romulus, Varick, and Varick/Fayette and be it further advised that the Regular Town Board meeting of the Varick Town Board for the month of November will be held immediately following the public hearing, and please take further notice that any interested persons, especially Senior Citizens, may be heard in favor of or against any item or items therein contained by themselves or their agent.
PURSUANT to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town Offices are hereby specified as follows:
Supervisor – $10,929
Justice – $9,818
Councilmen (4) – $7,911
Town Clerk – $18,126
Supt. Of Highways – $44,332
