Resolution:

The Varick Planning Board approves issuing a Short Term Rental License to Karen King and Zachary Intrater to operate a short-term rental at 5499 St Rt 89 until January 31, 2027,

Motion to approve and issue permit for STR: 1^st – L. Mastellar, 2^nd – A. Kaminski. Motion carried.

Discussion of STR Process and Procedures.

Revisions to the STR Letter discussed:

• Add suggestions about where to safely park boats on trailers/empty boat trailers where space is limited
• Note: Sampson Park has short term and long term parking areas
