Town Court has jurisdiction over cases including misdemeanors, lesser offenses, and civil lawsuits under $3,000.

Court is held the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, with Town Justice Allen Bulkley presiding.
An Assistant District Attorney attends on the 4th Tuesday to negotiate pleas. Seneca County District Attorney information.
