Public Comment: None – no public attendees present
July Minutes review: Motion to accept meeting minutes with correction of the STR application was complete including the CEO inspection by A. Kaminski, 2nd –E. Percevault. Motion passed.
Monthly Reports:
CEO/STR update: STR application rejected due to non compliant property.
Facebook: Update given. No Action.
Website: All working well. Discussion of how to keep it current for town events.
Town Board Meeting & PB Chair Update: Board will look at all changes minus the Dock/Hoist recommendations.
Other Board Members: T. Bjorkman reports the remediation of the ordinance field on the former Depot will remove soil to a necessary depth, clean, re-soil and re-seed. A lengthy process. Also reported on the Town Survey results.
Code Update Discussion:
Solar already in code but needs update. Data Centers and Wind are not addressed. E. Percevault will gather data from other town codes to start discussion at next meeting.
