Discussion of STR Process and Procedures.
Who is responsible for legal notices and letters to the neighbors for Public Hearings? Carol will advertise the STR public hearing for the July meeting.

STR: Discussion of Parking space size: example seen with a boat trailer encroaching into the road requiring traffic cones.

Town Board Meeting: Code changes are being reviewed, excluding docks & boat hoists.
Code Updates for solar, Docks & Hoists, and setbacks will be discussed in the future.
Exact dimensions of the former depot region of Varick is finalized. Numbers will be inserted in the Code.
New Business:
Data Center state moratorium in the news. What is the length of time? Building of a Data Center only brings in short term benefits, and no long term employment.
Varick specific issues to address for the future of the town – what to restrict, protecting the lakes, and other environmental impacts. Also consider benefits – long term employment.
