December Minutes review: Motion to accept as presented by T. Leto, 2nd – A. Kaminski. Motion passed.

Public Hearings: (Three)

Lot Line Move: Emmanuel and Rebecca Wengerd. Moving the lot line to change the parcel size with no change to the use of the property.

Public Hearing opened with a motion by A. Kaminski, 2^nd – S. Brandow

Hearing no comments, public hearing closed with a motion by S. Brandow, 2^nd – A. Kaminski

Motion to accept the move pending the formal resolution language written by T. Bjorkman.

Short Term Rental Permit – Daryl & Lisa Martin – Owner Occupied/Owner Supervised – Inspection complete.

This property has been a STR under a different owner. West side of road, 400ft from roadside with plenty of parking. All requirements have been met.

Motion to close Public Comment: 1^st – S. Brandow, 2^nd – T. Leto

Motion to approve the permit: 1^st A. Kaminski, 2^nd S. Brandow. Motion carried.

Short Term Rental Permit – Jason & Delphine Martin – Inspection complete.

Lakeshore with approx. 120ft shoreline. Parking lot recently installed.

Motion to open Public Comment: 1^st S. Brandow, 2^nd – A. Kaminski

Comment from neighbor – Renters are using their parking as a turn around and has experienced some blocking of right of way space. Requests clear instructions and signage.

Motion to close Public Comment: 1^st – T. Leto, 2^nd – S. Brandow

Motion to approve and issue permits for both STRs: 1^st – A. Kaminski, 2^nd – E. Percevault. Motion carried.
