Monthly Reports:
Code Officer: 4 permits issued this year. No Action.
Facebook: Views numbers vary depending on subject. A. Kaminski will be away for a while and needs someone(s) to help add posts to keep site more active. No Action.
STR: Cayuga Lake properties are in process of changing hands with the wait list down to one if all go per plan. No Action.
Website: No Action.
Town Board: No Action
Flood Plain meeting: New Data and Maps are being created and issued. Links will be added to the Town Website. No Action.
Comprehensive Plan: MLB and Bella have sent in estimates. Still looking for grant funding. Explored data of when homes were built in the town.
Zoning Code Docks/Hoists discussion: C. Lont suggested a committee meet seperately to discuss and bring a recommendation to the full Planning Board. T. Dorn, T. Bjorkman, S. Brandow, and J. Vest will meet at their convenience.
