7. Code update discussion — Solar code, Docks and Hoists update, set back change — Update: Zoning code changes submitted to the town for review
   1. STR – add process note to section 402.x. Make sure that It Is referenced appropriately In the code. Potential change In process.
   2. general- grammar corrections, change of CEO to Zoning CEO, parking space size continuity, residency requirement change to STR

8. Planning board member letters of Interest update

9. Policy and instruction created for yard signs being posted for public hearings

(fees, schedules, etc.). On hold at this time. Will work on it after the code changes are finished.
